at One yOga is Fort Bragg, CA’s only studio completely dedicated to yoga and yogic arts. Directed by Justine Lemos, PhD and E-500 Registered Yoga Teacher, at One yOga’s vision of yoga is comprehensive, providing students training in asana (posture), pranayama (breath-work), meditation, mantra (chanting), yogic dietary recommendations, and more.
